We are a 501c3 non-profit organization dedicated to supporting large cat sanctuaries and tiger conservation projects. We also plan to someday build a one-of-a-kind large cat sanctuary. Once our sanctuary is built, we will rescue abused or unwanted exotic animals and provide them with a safe haven to live out their lives. We will provide them with the best living conditions possible, making them feel as though they are at home in the wild.
Megan Tomczak, the founder of Big Cat Foundation, has several years of animal rescue under her belt. She started her efforts working with house cats both independently and with Shannon Elizabeth's Animal Avengers, where she was co-creator of the cat adoption program. Thereafter, she graduated from the Hollywood Animals Exotic Animal Training School, where she volunteers with tigers, lions, bears, and many more animals. An avid animal lover and advocate for animal rights, Megan seeks to fill a void by building a sanctuary to rescue big cats, to assist current organizations who need funds for their big cats, and to help support and fund tiger conservation projects.
